Jay, remember my story? I had problem after the vasectomy, and the testicals rotted. Most likely cause by either from my diabetes or autoimmune system as I also have issues with that such as thyroid. So the doc thought that after the vasectomy the autoimmune system saw the testicals as a foreign body as they no longer worked right and attacked them, or that the diabetes had something to do with it as at that time I didn't know I had it. It was because of the testicals they found the diabetes and they figured I had had it already for 20 or more years because I have a blood disorder that masked it, and that was the answer of why my feet were in so much pain!
