Wouldn't have thought so. You can't really request they do the procedure any differently. If you don't remove fat and have gland removal only it won't look right, the lipo is used to sculpt the area around the removed gland so it looks normal. Otherwise you'd have like a dent where the gland was, unless you were quite low bodyfat pre op.
