sauna suit

How long should I wait to workout with a sauna suit? I'm worried about overheating and messing with the healing process. I'm four weeks out right now.

If you've had uneventful healing, and if your surgeon has allowed you to resume workouts generally, I don't know that a sauna suit would have any other sort of impact on your surgical results.  At four weeks, I permit most of my patients to resume full body training as tolerated.
