Hello everyone,
I'm somewhat new to the forums and have found alot of useful information here thank you all for that.

I am meeting with my family doctor tomorrow to discuss the issues I've had regarding gynecomastia and I'm concerned that he may not find it as serious as a problem as I do. I am hoping to get a referral for Dr. Fielding in Toronto.

These are the things I am going to discuss with my family doctor:

- had this condition since puberty, and have been living with it for about 12 years

- the condition is intertwined with my preexisting anxiety and social issues

- itchy nipples when working out

- tenderness in my chest glands, discomfort at night

- diet changes, working out, weight loss hasn't lessened the condition and in some cases increased its noticeably

Is their anything you can think of that I might of missed to drive the message home?

From my understanding a referral is needed before a consultation with the Dr. Fielding, if my MD wants to refer me to another Doctor how is a good way of going about pushing for Dr. Fielding?

Thanks in Advance, sorry if some of these questions are based on nervousness.
