Remote incision for gyno surgeons

Is anyone aware of any surgeons in Australia that are offering a remote incision to remove the gland in the case of "puffy nipples" gynaecomastia, as opposed to the standard peri-areolar incision?

I'm not a fan of the idea of having visible scarring, and as such would like to avoid that if possible.
