What you are seeing, is my chest when my muscles are engorged with blood due to a strenous exercise. SO the appearance can improve. You just confiremd it.
Now after a few hours, I know I am still burning fat, because of my intense workout and my body is hot(thermogenesis) but my moobs look like this. although better than before 30 days ago but still got moobs.
