is this gyno or puffy nips?

Im very new to this "gnyo" i know very little. I have puffy nipples and they are VERY EMBERRASING i don't know if i'm able to exercise it out or diet. By the way I play a lot of video games so it could just be fat pics. By the way please post any advice (I am also going through puberty) I am 15 about 5,5 130 pounds mostly fat wondering if it is gyno or just fat.

Your pictures are not the best so it is very hard to see you nipples but, from what I can see I thing you don't have anything to worry about! To ease your mind you may want to look around at others with puffy nipples and see how bad they look.

I really do not see much of anything. Maybe some slightly puffy nipples, but even if it's the case, looks minor. You said it yourself...exercise would probably improve things greatly!
