There is an old saying "you get what you pay for."  I would be very very careful in choosing a surgeon based on his/her availability on groupon or any other type of promotion.  If you look further on this forum, you will encounter many posts by guys who sought and paid a bottom price for surgery, only to be confronted with less than acceptable results -- followed by the mental agony and additional money needed to try to fix things -- just not worth it.

As the old adage says:  Caveat Emptor (let the buyer beware).  Find an experienced surgeon and if necessary, delay the surgery and save your money to get the best surgeon possible.  Remember, this is elective surgery -- it can be done at anytime.  Do it right the first time.  If not, you will be playing catch-up.

I was thinking of doing the lipo laser to remove the fat first and then later on do the surgery to remove the tissues , so you think that is a good idea ???

That's a truly terrible idea.  Remember, any surgery will heal with scar tissue.  And secondary surgery -- with scar tissue -- is much more difficult and much less predictable than primary surgery.  Plus, you are considering having two operations and two anesthetics -- with two separate fees.

The vast majority of experienced gyne surgeons will tackle everything at one operation -- that is truly the best way to go.

I just want to start off by saying thank you so much for your quick responses!! The first option I was talking about is not a surgery , they describes the procedure like this on their page :

Clients relax in a comfortable position while a trained LipoLaser technician secures two multi-laser paddles and two smaller lasers to the target areas for 10-minute intervals. Clients are free to relax, read, listen to music or even receive additional aesthetic treatments during LipoLaser.

I am not expecting miracles out of this , but I feel like anything that could reduce their size is worth trying ??

Best regards,

This sounds like external laser lipo -- it won't do anything for your gyne, it is a waste of time and money.
