Low Cost Melbourne Surgeons

I was going to go to Asia for surgery but have now decided against it. Instead I would like to go to a local surgeon here in Melbourne.

A simple search of this forum and google has given me a huge list of doctors but without either calling/email and potentially having a consultation with most of them I can't tell what their prices are.

I was just wanting to know of any Surgeons that can be recommended with an overall fee of $6,000 or less (Preferably)
