Nipple issue, opinions please

Hello,
I consider myself relatively flat chested, and yet despite this feel my nipples (areolas) are disproportionately large.

They measure 1 inch (2.6 cm) across.

I'm curious as to whether there this is caused by any medical condition, or just my design. I would be grateful for any  opinions and doctor advice,  should I chose to address this medically.

You appear to have a small amount of extra tissue on your chest.  Your areolar diameter of 2.6 cm  actually falls completely within the range of normal.

Should you elect to have surgery to remove the extra tissue (and I am not pushing that), then it would be anticipated that your areolar diameter would shrink a bit.
