jumping in the deep end and posting a pic!!!

I feel comfortable enough now to post a pic after reading/seeing i'm not the only guy going through this.
I took this pic like this to get the full effect of the size of my gyne, or close to it as possible.
Any advice from the Drs. out there as to whether lipo/excision or both is required? ( I realize a physical exam would be required before making that decision, but based on the pic)
