Weight gain after surgery...

Hi everyone.
I had my surgery 3 days ago and I was at 85 Kilograms weight. I checked my weight today and it's 88 Kg now! How is this possible? Could it be because of the swelling?

After my procedure my hands were puffy for a few days and so was my abdomen.  But I had some liposuction also on my chest as part of my surgery.  I was a few pounds heavier and then came back down to my regular weight after a week.
