When my nipples are hard (usually from cold) I am completely confident with the way my chest looks. But when they're soft, which is most of the time, I feel like I have manboobs. What do you guys think?

Looks like you have puffy nipples. Its a type of gyno. I heard it helps if you pinch them to temporarily hide the puffiness. But it dosnt look too bad.

Are you absolutely sure? And is there anything that would help other than surgery, since i don't think its bad enough to go under the knife.

Warren, your chest isn't totally flat as a board, but you really don't have breast compared to some of the posters. I really don't see an issue, but if you have a personal problem with your chest then you may want to look for an experience gyne surgeon to see what you options are.
