Pretty sure I have Gyno?

As you'll see from the picture I've been losing a lot of weight ( from almost 190 pounds down to 170, still going down ). I'm 24 now, and have had puffy nipples for as long as I can remember really. When I was overweight it didn't really bother me because it didn't seem that out of place. Now that the weight is coming off its been bothering me and I've been doing more research into it. I know what my option is if it is in fact gyno, I just want to confirm it.

A smaller picture would be easier to look at, that being said judging by the picture that you have provided I would say that you have gynecomastia!

You do have a mild case of tissue overdevelopment....
Since u know ur options....any gyno surgeon should be able to correct it..
