Maybe.  Raloxifene had better results.

There are studies that indicate Nolvadex (Tamox) can reduce glandular mass…

But at you age… I would see an Endo!!  

I have one side that is puffy…. Treatment with Nolva has reduced the mass by about 30% after one month. I am going to take it for 3 months and evaluate it again then!!

im 17, endo suggested tamoxifen, the gland was prolly bigger then a quarter, now bout 2 months later its smaller than a dime.

serms don't cause growth plates so fuse, and do reatlively nothing to people still growing.

studies were done with people not 18 yet, and there's nothign wrong with giving younger people serms.

talk to your docotor about tamoxifene/raloxifene.
