Dear Doctors,

I had gynecomastia surgery 4 days ago and I know it's much too early to assess the results of my surgery but still I need some experts opinion. My chest looks really flat, despite all the swelling but the shape of my nipple is still driving me nuts. Is it due to swelling/scar tissue or should I worried about crater deformity? Any help would be highly appreciated. Please refer to the following pictures:

You've already answered your question: It's too early to comment. The appearance is typical of early post-operative results, and it looks fine at this stage based on these photos.

You are early after surgery. You need to give yourself more time for healing.

Thank you Dr. Rick and Dr. Pensler for your time and response. I agree with you both, I'm 7 days post-op and now it's looking much better.
