Swelling after Surgery

Heyy all, I had my surgery with Dr.Fielding about 3 1/2 weeks ago now succesuceszsfully however after three weeks with the vest on, taking it off I found everything flat but over the last few days the nipples have puffed up slightly and looks like a less severe version of what I had before (for those of you with protruding puffy nipples imagine it now being around 1/2-1/3 the size) Is this just part of the swelling that will be gone in 3-12 months or is this unusual? FYI the nipple area in general is still sore and kind of numb which makes me think its likely just the swelling but worrisome none the less ATM. Help?
