Okay i'm new to this site, but my problem is that I just turned 13 in October, but I have had gyno a couple months before my birthday. I can feel the breast tissue. It isn't really big, but do I need surgery or will it go away once my hormones are balanced, which I am sure is not? It is only in the right area of my chest, I have been working out and it decreased in size (My nipple that is). When I first found out I had gyno my nipple was Huge, not my chest itself just the nipple, but my main question is. Will this naturally go away or not??

It is not uncommon for gyne to present itself somewhere around puberty.  You have only had this problem for a few months apparently.  There is a good chance that it will disappear spontaneously.  In the meantime, you could wear a snug compression garment to minimize the appearance.

Although surgery is a possible solution for gyne, would definitely wait at least two years or more before considering it.  If your gyne hasn't changed in that time, then you should speak to your parents and at least consult with a gyne specialist to assess the situation.  This is merely a fact-finding mission -- you are not necessarily signing for surgery, but you will have many more facts with which to make a sound decision.
