Areola reduction questions

Can a patient who has had nipple reduction also undergo areola diameter reduction. My nipple reduction left me with what appears to be no nipples, but you can still tell where the nipples were. Is an areola reduction possible? my areolas are well over 30mm wide. Does it make a difference wether or not i go to a surgeon who specializes in gyno(my current surgeon does but does not offer areola diameter reduction).I have seen the procedure done on woman, can the same be done for men, perhaps by the same surgeons. I want to get the diameters of my areola's reduced by half(ex. 35mm > 17.5mm). I am 19 years old 5'10 170 lbs. i plan on competing in mens physique shows in he future. I am religiously tied to fitness. I am not price shopping these surgeries, money is not an issue i simply want to get rid of my large diameter areola's. Also, i would much rather have a scar around the edges of my areolas than have large diameter areolas. Thank you for your time!
