Few questions

Hi, I have probably type 1 or 2 gyno (it's only problem when nipples get puffy) - I actually like very much how my breasts look when it's cold or when I get into very hot/cold shower(nipple shrinks) but when it's just warm outside it's terrible. Oh and I had this since I was ~13 - Doc said it should be gone by the time I hit early 20s and it wasn't - Now I am 23.

Does this mean I need just glands removed or what? I have pretty low BF% as it is.

I am also wondering how long before surgery do I need to stop smoking marijuana ? I am thinking about quitting 4 weeks before but I am not sure if that's necessary for optimal healing? (I know that you shouldn't smoke tobacco, no idea about marijuana itself)

I have/had depression and I went from very bad place to being happy every day by self-medicating with weed in last year, that's why I am hesitant...

Also, how much does one heal in ~4weeks ? I am planning on moving to another country and will probably need to drag / 20-30kg heavy suitcase with me - Should I postpone for a week or two ?
