2 years post op.. NOT satisfied!

Two years ago I had a gynecomastia surgery and everything looked good after the surgery .. But then after one take, maybe a month or something so start the formation of fat above the right nipple that made it looked strange, like a crater.. Now two years ago after the surgery im still not satisfied and the right nipple looks very bad in my eyes.. And I said to one of my friends one time "look at my nipple, it seems strange and she said "yeah, eh why?" like that.. So i know it looking strange and I cant get over it..

I had a conversation with my surgeon about my nipples and he said try to lose some weight and it'll maybe be fine.. I havnt done that yet but i dont think its gonna change even after that.. people do u know what to do?? So my right nipple looks same as the left? I can tell u that my left "boob" is bigger than the right too..

Seriously.. it feels like Im more I ashamed now than before the surgery..

I can't see any difference, oh, I can't see any pictures, thats why, if you stay invisible no one will see! Great idea how did you do that! Lol
