I am out of shape, although there are people bigger than me with smaller tips, I can't wear any of my clothes because they are clearly visible through them, what are the chances of the nhs doing the surgery while I am overweight? I literally avoid going out because of this. It is visible through anything i wear and i need it to change, i even feel anxious exercising because of it

You have been listening to someone who says It is only real Gynecomastia If you have glandular tissue and if you have fat breasts it is pseudo-gynecomastia.  Ignore those people, they have no idea what they are talking about.

It appears that you have gynecomastia. If you are a relatively normal human, that would mean a mound of fat with some glandular tissue threaded through it.
