Advice - help
Hello,

Sorry for my English, that's not my native language.

I came to this site because I'm worried about my chest area. I never have any real definition on the lower chest area and the side. I'm working with weights for long time now.

When I heard about gynecomastia, read about it, I became really worried.

Can you look at my pics en give me your opinion?
Depending on the light, it looks better or worse.

I think you have a low body fat percentage. I am fat around 24% Body fat with small structure. I went to a doctor 3 days ago and did mamography and ultrasounds. Doctor said i didnt have gynecomastia its just my body stores fat in my chest and belly. Maybe that applies to you.

Here.. If you have puffy nipples and have a rubbery thing behind your nipple then its.pribably gynecomastia.

Consult a doctor :)
