Hello everyone, I had gyno operation year ago.
I am not satisfied, and I am looking for the easiest way to mask imperfections.

I heard for fat-drafting, but I also heard that is 50-60% of success. :dislike:

Or is there any simple way to just mask the hole and ugly nipple, would it work if I get pierce in the nipple, or some new idea?

With clothes -  great, but I want to go swimming  :-\
Will it be better if I lose weight, and all fat around area?

I guess I'll take the time to tell you! No one likes to go off site to look at pictures so if you use the additional options below and be sure to size your pictures small you can post them right here.

If you don't know how, just go to your camera settings and set it on JPEG or the lowest setting such as 4:3

I see why you are very unhappy! I rather have my breast, believe it or not!

Dr. Jacobs, the doctor who also posted on your thread will have some ideas, he is top notch!

I have to ask you, did you go back to your surgeon and request help with this?

I want a new, private doc.

It's quite better live.
Believe ME or not, this is MUCH better than what i had - this type of gyno:
I can wear any clothes without problems now (great feeling), but i want to swim, go to beach...

You have severe craters.

The only treatment is surgical -- to fill in the crater.  My preferred method to deal with something like this is to use fat flaps -- ie move adjacent tissues to fill in the craters.  From the one photo, it does appear that you may have sufficient adjacent tissue to accomplish that -- but only an actual physical examination can say for sure.  The other method is with fat grafting -- taking fat from other parts of the body and injecting it into the depressed area.  This can help but oftentimes requires multiple treatment sessions.

I have a website dedicated to revision surgery -- check out the URL beneath my signature (below).

Thank you

Is that first - fat flap method, more reliable than fat grafting? Because I dont want multiply operations.
For me, it is better solution to move fat from stomach, but if there is less chances to have a great look from the first attempt, than I will choose first method.

If possible, I much prefer a fat flap operation -- indeed it is more reliable -- and usually I can get a correction in one operation.

Fat grafting also works -- but is more problematic and may require several procedures to get the best possible result.  Don't count on the fat donor site (commonly the abdomen) to change much -- this is not an abdominal liposuction at the same time -- the fat that we remove is minimal.

I also do abdominal liposuction -- but that is a more extensive operation and involves lipo from the fold under the breasts down to the groin and includes the love handles as well.
