unoriginal question, sorry

This is what I look with a shirt on. Is it really noticeable or am I actually overreacting like I'm known to do? Sorry for the black border

It is only noticeable if someone knows what to look for! We all think that people are seeing are chest much more then they are, truth be told, other people are to worried about their own issues to notice yours or mine!

I don't know if you have looked at my pictures yet, but I've never received any comments or had anyone staring at my for  a long time and I'm huge! I would have notice it as I am a people watcher myself!

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying no one should get surgery, I'm just saying we are not noticed as much as we think we are!
