Hey guys!

I am 3.5 weeks out and the scar tissue is forming (making it look the same pre-op) I am fine with waiting it out of course, however I am keen to get back in the gym as well.

I have been really surprised at how much mobility I have had post surgery (I could easily grab saucepans from the top shelf within 8 days).

I was just wondering how you guys tackled post surgery exercise, specifically but not reserved to weights.

I know the old 'if it starts to hurt, stop.' And I do not take this saying for granted, so I am just looking for what people did and when - as I really need to work off this post surgery belly!

Any word is appreciated

Hi
I train, and it was a big part of my healing process. I restarted my weight training at the 6 week mark, with my surgeons recommendation (same day). Have to be real careful last thing you need is a bleed out. Best thing I did for my healing process was to ....MOVE

This is me, you are you...my disclaimer :)

Good luck

Do I really have to tell you 6 pack is made in the kitchen not in the gym :)
