hello to everybody.

I would like to know if i have gyno. Do i need a surgery?

In case of surgery, i have some doubt:

Some say that i have to do only lipo, others say that is lipo and extract the gland through the areola, what is the best choice?

I heard also that it can be done by liposuction and gland cutting cannula, with minimally invasive technique.

Would like to have some clarification before subject myself to a surgery.

Thanks

You do appear to have some excess tissue on your chest, which would be considered "gyne."  You also appear to be somewhat overweight.  Why not get started by devoting the next six months to intense diet and exercise to lose weight?  And then re-examine your chest and see whether it still bothers you.  Bear in mind that oftentimes losing weight will reduce the chest somewhat -- but often not enough.  It would be at that time that you should consider a consultation with a gyne expert.
