Stunning result. Congrats. I'm 43 yrs old and worrying about being too old to get a decent result. But your pics give me hope.

Thanks guys! That's why I started to document this process on this site in hopes to motivate/inspire people affected by this to make a change. The surgery was only one component. A healthy lifestyle incorporating a good exercise program and a solid nutrition plan will enable you to sustain the results.

xoxoxo...congratulations on your surgery. Remember there is 168 hours in the week. Even if you bust your ass off 5 times per week for an hour, it's what you do with the other 163 hours that will highly impact your results. Good luck.

Some of the best results I've seen here. Maybe it has something to do with how there was no need to remove glands?
Are you really in your 40s. How long did you suffer from this condition, you must be in disbelief at the change.

I suffered from this since the age of 15 and yes, I am amazed. This has been the best summer I can remember. I have a young family and to be able to enjoy the beautiful southern California beaches for the first time is truly an amazing feeling.

Btw, how did you get your insurance to cover this? Did you have a PPO, HMO? I've got an appointment to go see my primary Dr next Friday and I want to know what you said to them to get them to cover the surgery. I really hope I can get my insurance to cover this procedure. From what I read it's not that cheap to have the surgery.

HMO through Kaiser Permanente. If you refer to the first posting on this thread it has a before picture. It was clear that I had gyno. I asked my primary care for a referral and received it. I also mentioned about the tenderness in the nipple area.

Hey OP, your result is amazing!

What was the cause of your gynecomastia? This is the first time I hear of insurance approving surgery so easily since it's normally considered cosmetic. What did your doctor tell them?
Was there any downtime? Do you have to wear a compression garment for a month? How long until you can lift weights at the gym?
I appreciate your answers!
