iS THERE ANYWAY BESIDES SURGERY  THAT I CAN GET RID OF MY GYNE?
A FEW WEEKS BACK i WAS ON A SITE THAT SAID THAT THEY HAD A GEL THAT COULD BE USED TO GET RID OF THE GLANDULAR TISSUE. i DON'T KNOW IF THIS IS TRUE OR NOT. I have since then lost the name of the site and cant remember it. If anybody knows wat I'm talking about, could you tell me the name of the site that has the gel or if it really works or if it's just bullshit.  

Also, can any estrogen blockers help to reduce gyne?

If you are past the age of puberty, getting rid of it in any way other than surgery is pretty much impossible.
If you are still a kid some kind of estrogen blocker might help, but you'd have to see an endo about that.
