Some alternatives to Levick and Karidis

So it seems these two are the best, but does anyone have experience with any other surgeons in the UK?

Searching google for example you find:

0) Dr Alex Chambers

1) Mr Shailesh Vadodaria (apparently was on ch4 embarrassing bodies charges a lot (£4.5k) and is based on Harley St)

2) Mr Rizwan Alvi

3) Transform Hospitals

4) Spire Healthcare

5) The Private Clinic

6) Nuffield Health

and I'm sure many others.

What are the problems with these? (my guess is that some are lipo only not gland removal?). Some are just as reassuringly expensive . Some especially (the clinics or groups) have locations across UK.

If they don't stack up to Levick/Karidis how about to Poland?

Any experiences with these alternatives (or other UK alternatives) that we could collect here...
