When do the stitches fall out?
I had surgery about 2 weeks ago but none of my stitches fell out yet.

Is this normal? When do they normally fall out?

If you have dissolving sutures, it may take several weeks for them to dissolve and fall out.  It depends on the type of suture that was used by your surgeon.  Why not call him with this question?
