Theres no evidence of homeopathy ever curing anything, the whole industry is a hoax.

I've seen a fair few surgerys peformed in India, perhaps you could show your parents a few cases on here you should be able to search for them. If you find a good hospital/surgeron the risks are low, recovery in terms of going back to work/college is very short (a week, couple if needed). Post op recovery takes about a year for your body to full recover but if you can afford it and its bothering you get it done.
