Hi, I had surgery 6 months ago, and I feel like the doctor took too much fast in the armpit area and in general I guess. Had more "puffy nipples" than fat.
So I was wondering if gaining weight (muscle + fat) around 20-30 lbs will help with the contour, I dont mean "filling" the small craters, but just fat in general to give the chest a more rounded look. I want specially in the armpit section were too much fat was taken to give the "line" of the chest.

I don't think that gaining weight would be a good idea. It's impossible to select the location where you want your weight gain to go. In fact,if you gain more weight "around" the area of concern, it might actually make it look deeper and more obvious. Fat transfer, or fat grafting, on the other hand might work very well. This is where fat is removed from one part of your body and placed into the area of concern to help "fill it up". Check with your surgeon.
