Is this gynecomastia?

I have puffy nipples since 14th now im 23 and nothing has changed in last 10 years

 i went to a lot of doctors but they tell me i have nothing just loose money for consultation and no one knows how to fix this annoying problem :















can a doctor tell me is there any way to get rid of this ? or surgery is only solution?

Yes, surgery is the only solution for you.  I will bet that you also have a fair amount of excess tissue in the surrounding areas of your chest.

You should absolutely seek a gyne specialist for this surgery -- it can be very tricky to remove just enough tissue to flatten the areolas but not too much so as to produce a crater deformity.  Do your homework and if need be, considerable traveling for the appropriate expertise.

well i went to like 5 experts in my country  and they all tell me no gyno and nothing possible to do .. and i hate this to pay or consultation so much money and get no answer for my problem (i think this their opinion about my gyno is always no because my chest looks really good .. except those nipples)

Yesterday i went to some expert out of my town that also told i dont have gyno or at least that i dont need the tisue removal all they need is to sew my nipples somehow to my chest so they will look like normal.. what do you think about this option?

There is a difference between surgeons who are experienced in gyne surgery -- a consult with one of them could yield a different opinion.

As to sewing the areola down? Not a good option!!!!!

ok i see i dont know why this doctors tell me i dont have gyno anyway im not really caring about my gyno for me nipples are the problem .. there is no other way to fix it except gyno surgery?!

If you were to be examined by an experienced gyne surgeon, I would give odds that there is additional tissue surrounding your puffy nipples -- that is the most common situation.

In these situations, it is extremely difficult to treat just puffy nipples alone -- the results often are not satisfactory.

When I am confronted by such a situation, I prefer to treat the patient completely -- treating the puffy nipples and the remaining excess tissues together -- in order to get the very best possible result.

When and if I meet a patient who insists on my doing surgery "only his way", I usually show him the door.

Here is the problem im a stundent so my money are limited iff i go to too many specialists just to pay for consulutation and get no results In the end i will pay more on the consultations than on surgery itself
