i have abit of seroma on right peck would it go by itself its like water wombles jelly feel like

Probably not a good idea to self diagnose.  Why not return to your surgeon for evaluation and possible treatment??

I would agree with what has been said,if there is any question call your surgeon.

Could be a seroma. You need to return to your surgeon. if you have one, it should be able to be easily treated with simple aspirations in the office.
