Chest Looks slightly Better after surgery

its been 2 weeks and 3 days since my gynecomastia surgery . The problem is my chest still looks pointy and saggy . when i flex my chest they look good and flat but when i release my chest it looks saggy . did the doctor remove all the gland how do i know? and after my doctor remove the stiches that was like 3 days ago he told me to stop wearing the vest but i am still wearing the vest because my chest still pointy and saggy...

Why don't you post some photos of your pre-op condition as well as your present condition.

Remember, at two weeks you are swollen so you cannot predict how things will look like at 4-6 months.
