Hi all,

Thought I'd share my tactic for hiding minor gyno in case it helps anyone else. Had a quick search of the forums but couldn't see anyone else suggesting it.

I use a 4" wide strip of elastic that's 1 metre long, wrapped around my chest and done up with two safety pins at the side. You can buy elastic strips online (ebay is good). Put a t-shirt on over it and then a shirt or other top and it's a definite improvement.

It's a lot cheaper than proper compression vests even if you buy a few but can take some adjusting to feel comfortable. I find it doesn't need to be done up that tightly, just enough so it doesn't slip out of place. Do it up too tight and it will hurt and cause bulges in other places!

It helps, but I still hate this stupid condition and want to have surgery eventually as a permanent solution.
