Just to let you know there is a cheaper alternative if you live in Scotland. I had gland excision with Vivek Sivarajan at a clinic called Elanic. It cost £2700 and the results are brilliant. Wish I had gone years ago, it was absolutely pain free and the surgery only lasted about 30 to 40 mins. I have since lost the little fat that I had through the gym and healthy eating. Once you have the gland removed you no longer have gyno but excess fat. I am over the moon with this surgeon and clinic.

I didn't stay in overnight just had local anesthetic, no problem at all. I don't have any before pictures but will try and get some current pictures up, I am now 3 months post op.

Do they do lipo aswell for that price or is that extra?
