I have lumps still behind nipples. They do not feel attached and I can grab them and move them around easily. Does this sound like scar tissue or left over gland. Nipples puff out real bad when relaxed

You don't mention how long ago your surgery was.  It's not unusual to be a little swollen and/or lumpy for a few weeks after surgery.  Give us a little more history.  And be sure to follow up with your surgeon and keep all scheduled appointments; follow his/her instructions.

That isn't something I've experienced in my healing process (and hopefully never will), but I do know surgeons have techniques they prefer. I have some scar tissue and gotten some minor swelling, but none of it was like how you describe. I would contact your surgeon. Think there's limited advice you can be given with the info you've given.
