onset late 20s?

I am 29 and earlier this year i noticed gradual breast growth. It seems to have halted but what makes me worried is in my early 20s i had growth and now it seems to be growing again. Is gynecomastia abnormal to be growing in this stage of life i mean i know older we go lower the t does too but im 29 not 49. Im worried if it keeps growing ill need a bra since i dont have money for surgery and a compressed garment i hear is jjst awful to wear comfort wise. I take no meds no herbs no vitamins i work in a shop but dont think xenoestrogens is the case im confused why im grwing breasts. Im also 5 11 180lbs

make sure tour weight is stable. If you are gaining weight that could be part of it. if it is stable and continuing to grow you should see an endocrinologist or your family doc for a check up. But my guess is that you won't find any real underlying cause.
