I'm a 24 year old male and haven't had this problem before but in the last year as I packed on some pounds it looks like I've got some gyno (puffy nipples type).  I don't feel anything hard behind my nipples, just fat (although maybe I'm not pushing hard enough or pushing to hard).  When my nipples are hard, the gyno look disappears.  Is this a glandular problem or will diet and exercise help?  When I flex my chest I can feel a lot of fat in the lower part.

if it's real gyne, diet and exercise won't help.  since you say you can't feel anything really solid behind it it doesn't sound glandular, at least the dense kind.  but if it's obvious enough to bother you, check with a ps.
* a man is more than a body will ever tell
* if it screws up your life the same, is there really any such thing as "mild" gyne?
