doctors in austin/san antonio tx?

i'm looking for a good doctor for gynecomastia surgery in the austin/san antonio tx area, i'm hoping to have it done where there's no chance for any to return,
anyone know who can help? anyone have any good experiences with doctors in this area?
i've seen where the surgery is often around 5000-8000, i would hope it's no more than this, i'm not sure i can even afford that
