Gyno_Surgery on 12th Nov Nipple Issue is one concern

I have gone Surgery on 12th Nov 2015.
i have taken pic on 3rd day and on 5th day after Surgery
I feel chest shape issue that is different point but as i feel like some nipple sides also has some issue. Please have a look.
its a small whole look like?

is there any mistakes? what i need to be done in such cases??

The nipples look good to me. I am not sure what  nipple "issue " you are concerned about.

Hi,
a small Whole started at one side of the nipple.
can you see? This is the only issue . Docter told that it will be ok naturally. Still i am bit worried....

and one more thing ...just after surgery ..my chest shape fully gone....
do you have any idea....can i reshape it like normal natural chest if i do hell hard work at gym ??    i am so concious about it.....

We all heal differently to some extent. in some rare cases is could take months to actually see the final result.  It is far too early to be judging the result. Be patient.
