*Urgent* Please help! Suture Hanging!

Hi,
I'm 5 weeks post peri-areolar mastopexy. A piece of suture (my doctor also put gortex, so it must be the permanent gortex because material is fabric like, not plasticy) was showing for a week (please see photos). Today, I gently moved it and it easily came out partially, and now is hanging. It was already broken in two pieces by itself. The suture part that is out is very fragile and can be broken to pieces easily by fingers. Will my incision now spread and widen? I don't have access to my PS. I'm worry, please help.

I think I already answered your post from a later post, but I now see that you did have a Goretex suture placed.  I presume that was removed?
