Gyno or Pseudogyno?

Does it look like Gyno? Or pseudogyno?

P.S when i press the nipple it doesn't hurt, i don't feel any lump below the nipple, it feels soft i guess.
Other than that if its just fat, will raloxifene or latro will help?

If I saw you, I'd say you have gyno. Not that pseudogyno vs gyno distinction matters, anyhow.

Oh, and those drugs won't help. Stay away from the aromatase inhibitors and other hormonal modifiers. They're bad news unless prescribed by a doc for other purposes.
