I had surgery for gyno done back in december ( https://www.gynecomastia.org/smf/index.php?topic=31376.msg201153#msg201153 ), now 7 months after surgery i can definetely say it was a total disaster and it was the most difficult time in my life, i had HUGE depression, i didn't want to go out for 3 months anywhere, i was just playing games and eating, didn't feel desire to live anymore and i had suicidal thoughts and i was nervous, heart broken and VERY EMOTIONAL.
After my surgery, ive developed big hematoma on right chest, after month or something my left nipple started "deforming"?
I've scar tissue on my right chest and my nipple is VERY puffy, and my left is also not flat also plus my nipple sank in.
I want to know, am i developing for all this time a crease on my left chest and is there a way for my chest ever to be normal?
Also, my left nipple feels so soft, is there a way that i have some liquid in there even 7 months after surgery, something like - seroma?
I am 20 years old and i live in seaside city and im not going to beach for 7th year in a row, i am feeling very sad, it is not depression any more, i kinda overcome it by starting to ride bicycle most days of the week and basic bodyweight trainings.
Only thing im going to say to the newbies to this surgery is try to save up money and go to the surgeon with most experience in gyno surgeries even if that means u need to fly out of your country, i hope i knew that before i did this to me..

edit: at the time of taking picture my nipple went out of areola so u cant see that my nipple has sank in it, ill take new pictures soon, it's very annoying for me to take pictures and to talk with my family about this because i get very nervous and mad. :(

You are only 20 years old, you have so many great years left. This can be fixed Just hang in there.

It really doesn't look that bad at all.  Your one nipple issue is a bit noticeable though.  I really wouldn't worry.  Most people probably wouldn't even notice out on the beach.
