I got some blood work done this week and the results cam back normal except for high levels of prolactin. My number was 45 when it should be around 15. Would this create a link in gynecomastia? If I were to regulate those numbers, would it recede a bit? I meet with an endocrinologist in two weeks. Just asking to see if anyone has had experience.

I am 33yrs old
6'1"
235lbs

if that makes a difference..

Thank you again for your time

The subject of Prolactin has been pretty well explored here in the past.   You can do a search on the site for prolactin and you will come up with several old posts on the subject.   Please do not add to the old posts though, It is generally better to start a new topic than to revive an old one.
It is a case where you should be seeing an Endocrinologist.  Since you already indicated you are scheduled to see one, I would not try to second guess or self treat.
