I have gyno behind both nipples they are both just the gland swollen.
The one side is around 3cm and the other is smaller, they are not visible.
Im a competitive bodybuilder so want the gland removed so doesn't get any bigger. I have competed at very low body fat and the lumps weren't visible in fact while using peds the lumps seemed to get smaller.
Ive got a consultancy with surgicare with a Mr Adriano Seno I'm also going to see Mr Mehboob Ali and Mr Levick.
Anyone used these surgeons and thoughts please.
