I haven't seen anyone discuss this. I have shoulder pain; quite severe at times. My doc thought it was a torn rotator cuff, but after tests, decided it was a pinched nerve. About all I can do is treat the symptoms. I have discovered that when I put on a sports bra, the pain subsides within minutes. I can only guess that my breasts are pulling forward and down on my shoulders and the bra helps pull them up and back. I don't think I'm that big (42B), but it really does make a difference.
I tweaked my back about 10 years ago taking a window ac unit out of my parents house for the winter. It took about 3 years to heal, and now flares up when I'm doing anything that has me slightly bent over. Hand washing dishes seems to be the worst. About 5 minutes of that and my back is searing hot with pain. Wearing a bra takes away almost all the pain. An underwire push-up bra seems to work the best, but I don't really like the extra protrusion it gives. Especially since I'm already a C-D cup......
