The bottom line is that he has a product to sell.   His approach is a bit different from what I have seen in the past but ultimately  the whole thing is a sales pitch.   If there really was a valid way to get rid of Gynecomastia,  it would be all over the news.  There are no valid secret cures or herbal tonics that will do the job.   Those products will reduce only your wallet.  
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but this is the truth.
